New York Prospectors Meeting Minutes 7/10/10

The meeting opened at 10:00 am 7/10/10. There were 10 members in attendance including 2 new members.

The minutes of the 6/12/10 meeting were read and approved.

Zeke gave the Treasurer report. No questions or changes.

The new members introduced themselves and told of their prospecting experience.

The completed GPAA Chapter Application forms have been submitted.

Raffles resumed this month and raised $60.

The clean up at Property 1 had to be postponed for personal reasons.

NOTE: THE AUGUST 14 MEETING HAS BEEN CANCELED!

The next meeting will be held on Saturday, 9/11/10 at 10:00 a.m. We are again planning a work day at Property 1.
